Anybody in NYC that can cut some metal for me?

Hey y'all,
Just thought I'd check to see if there's anyone on here that can help me, I hope this is in the right section.
I removed the big ugly instrument cluster from my bike but now have nowhere to put the ignition switch. I want to keep it in it's original location so I'm hoping to find someone that can cut the original bracket down so that it holds the key switch only. I have two bikes in need and I'm sure it's pretty easy for someone that's setup for it, much easier than it would be for me to buy the tools and make a workspace. Even if it's seems like a simple thing to those of you that have garages and tools, I'm a New Yorker and I don't. Besides, we like to pay people to do things for us
Any help would be appreciated.

If you send me what you want done I can cut it up for you or if you want a plate to hold key only I can do that too. Contact me at DADDYGCYCLES@YAHOO.COM I have a little spare time before I start my motor work. I am in NJ in TOMS RIVER near SEASIDE. Plus I have stock frames here to gauge from.
