Are my mags too far gone to refinish?

I sent a link to it to twoeightcustoms yesterday, he was already on it, should have it in his garage tonight. But the owner hinted at wanting it to be an auction. IE he was asking for better offers. Will be interesting to see if 28 can bring it home. Looks to be a 70, I WAS seriously tempted. But even by my standards the shed is bulging.

I hope they restore it. I should have left my 73 alone and not rephased it. I run into a problem every time I want parts for it. No rearsets, stainless exhaust doesn't fit quite right. Short swing arm, can't swap on a newer tank, the list goes on.
