Whew; that it didn't go worse for you.

Expect that the frame is bent, that much fork bend about guarantees the the neck now points to one side or the other.
Sorry to hear of the accident .
The wheel is pointing more or less straight .but at the top the fork legs are not at the right place.
Have No experience on frames .but from other machinery.
This is possible to straighten out if one is determined .But we are perhaps talking low cycle fatigue here
One cant be certain It wont crack slightly upon doing it. Which is difficult to know. for certain
On an old frame .. with unknown history.
Of what I hear of frame prices in the US ..this frame is most likely a write-off. scrap.
Straightening it and ride on .Is as I see it to risky these frames can wobble from factory.
I would present it in that way and I would assume a Yamaha dealer also would say.so.

Well today an asshole tried to do an illegal u turn using a one way street
But there are different rules ..and other considerations .
But severe careless driving can lead to up to 2 year in Prison here
Perhaps alcohol or drugs involved who knows
