Was asked what I did to use a Banshee lock-up. The holes in the lock-up head had to elongated .050 in. to the outside. The spacer is to get the head up far enough to allow the
arms to work. The spots on the clutch plate are steel inserts glued into holes drilled in the plate so not to to wear into the alum. The drawing is not to scale.

Cowboy, thank you for posting this! Is the stackup clutch spring bolt, aluminum sleeve (as dimensioned in picture 4), lockup head, washers, clutch springs, then pressure plate? Also, I saw in your webpage that you did a lexan/plexiglass right side engine case cover, very nice. But were your able to machine the inside of the stock side cover enough to make clearance for the lockup head?

The lockup will not fit under a stock cover,I did it the way I did so I could access the clutch with out taking the right cover off. Will get more pictures.

Some more pic's of the lock up

Cowboy, have you had to replace the cush drive springs between the primary gear and the clutch outer basket with stronger ones?
