Bike stalls while riding,no load.

Okay,bike starts idles semi decently.ride for a bit,get some sneezing out of carbs and dies when I pull the clutch in for say about 5 seconds..riding down the road mind you.... Also when warm doesn't wanna idle under its own power.

Am I looking for more of an electrical side issue or fuel issue or time to do a new clutch?I know it's hard to decide from the other side of the screen...

750 big bore kit/xs cam/pamco Hall effect/sparx cap/Hughs pma/ keihin pwk flat slides.

Plugs look good to me,even a bit on the richer side...I've been messing with this issue for a few weeks now,so if I happen to be reading these plugs wrong,by all means let me know...
