I've used them. They are slow to ship and Amazon had the same product at the same price with free two day delivery. I wrote them and asked when the product would ship (it had been in processing for 3 or 4 days) and they said processing can take anywhere from 5 to 7 days then it would ship...ground...which would take another 3 days. I asked them if there was any way to speed it up and they said nope. I told them I'd have to cancel my order. They didn't seem to care. I won't be using them again. Too bad too, they have some nice stuff. Their tires are pretty reasonable too.
