Wanted - BOBBER WANTED - First XS650 buyer - SACRAMENTO, CA

I'm a new member and hopeful to become a first time XS650 bobber owner. I don't need a showroom model, and I actually wouldn't mind finishing a project.

Here are some things that I'm looking for:

TC Bros hardtail frame
Sportster tank
Drag, tracker or dirbike style bars.

This is only my opinion....but I suggest doing some more research. Nothing against TC Bros, but it's such a common hard tail. David Bird and Voodoo Vintage make hard tails with a lot more options to them. Again, nothing against against TC Bros but it's just such a common hard tail that people buy.

Nice. Thanks for the info. There's definitely are a lot to choose from.

I really like the look of the TC Bros lower frame rails. The short upward bend near the rear axle is more appealing to my eye than the long upward slope of the lower rails on the others.

Ultimately, it won't be a deal breaker. This is going to be a downtown beater for me anyway; something ratty to tinker with and ride hard.
