No, McMaster Carr doesn’t have it.
Allen would be acceptable.

Your search term is raised countersunk torx. I think yours is JIS both because the head is small and you're asking on here.

And to be pedantic it is a screw. Bolts have an unthreaded portion below the head.

If you search torx screws m8 you are more likely to find what you want.
