bolts on top of engine?

The 2 bolts on top of the heads that hold down the 2 tubes have holes in them. What if the holes don't run in line with the tubes? I just cant seem to get the on lines up? Thanks

i think your talking about the oil feed right? id say losen up the bottom bolt that is in front of the engine and see if they will straighten up, and then tighten them down in small intervals so it stays straight.
