I called and spoke with Gary at Custom Rewind.
I described what I received. He doesn't think it is his work and isn't happy it was passed off as his.

Sidebar FYI Gary won't work on anything but OEM rotors. He doesn't want the headaches the China crap brings.

FYIW,Electrosport is the company that made 10000 crappy rotors for Mike's XS. When it was discovered that they were all junk,they denied it and screwed over Mike's by not replacing or refunding him.Real quality guys there.
