Brass bushings with pamco

Quick info: 1980 xs650, bought high output pamco from MikesXS. Why are there three brass bushings? I watched a three part YouTube video. Very helpful But he only shows one bushing. The site instructions are not very good. Where do the other two go?

But I do get the left and right sides messed up A LOT! The sides are spoken as you are sitting on the bike, right?
