Broken tooth on chain tensioner

thas cool I'v ran the one on the wifes bike for 10,000 + miles so far I sure you can open up the wheel to take the bigger bearing's

Hey Dog, i know i'll figure this out eventually but when you used the skate wheel, what did you put between the wheel and the tensioner arm? The bearings of the skate wheel are counter sunk into the wheel. Did you go with a third bearing or what did you use to keep the wheel from binding/rubbing on the arm?

I used a small pice of tubeing and made spacer or you could use a bunch of small washers ( some hardware store's sell small spacers in the nut and bolt sec.
