Buckled wheel

I have a spoked rear wheel on my bike seems to be a slight bend in it is there any way of fixing this.

Are you sure the rim is true? Check all the spokes, make sure none of them wiggle. Pics help as well.

Truing the spokes can fix alot. Plenty of manuals/explanation on that already, If all that patient labor isn't giving acceptable results, replace the FUBAR'd rim and retrue.
