Adapting a 19 inch Morris Mag 7 spoke wheel to a 78 XS special 650 with disc brakes

does anyone have any ideas (recommendations) on how best to adapt these wheels to the front and rear to my XS. I already have a 19 inch Yamaha 7 spoke on the back using the Omars Conversion kit. Wheel sizes are 1.85x19. Thanks Bill
