Can you identidy this drum brake?

Here's the seat. Just reshaping the foam to make it a little less nut bustering.




Made up this little dohicky from a bolt so I can attach the brake cable.




I'll look into reworking the front brakes but honestly I just want to get this thing running and functional first just to "finish" it.
