cant seem to find what i am looking for

Alright I am a newbie to xs650's. I dig the shit out of them. Building my first bike but I just can't seem to find a gas tank that I want. I really like hugh's (punkskalar). Looking for something similar but all I can find or sporster / peanut tanks. Anybody know some good websites or advice? Also anyone out there every customize a stock tank?

Your options with tanks are endless... common peanut style tanks are Sportsters, Aliens, Wassell, Hap Jones... etc. Spend some time on EBAY, you would be amazed at the tanks you can find that have a cool look.

You can take any tank and modify it if your skills allow. Here is a link of a stock style tank that was redone...

That ones pretty cool but I am looking for one that has a deep tunnel.

Keep in mind... any tank can be modified with a deep tunnel.... my sporty was swapped out from a deep tunnel
