Made my $5 manometer. After a little effort I was able to get them pretty close at idle. My question is... When applying throttle right side goes up. I do not think this is correct. Do I have a air leak? Where should I be checking?

adjust your cam chain tensioner, then valves, then sync. Compression could very well be the culprit as well.

I'm not an expert, but I've worked on plenty of carbs, and In My Opinion what you describe is normal and pretty much unavoidable. The sync only really matters at idle. Once you start to crack the throttle open, a SMALL difference in vacuum between the carbs -- and if the carbs are built correctly with no vacuum leaks, the difference will be small -- will have very little effect on how the engine runs.
