Carburetors, air cleaner - order of assembly

Hello,

I removed the carburetors and complete air cleaners from my 1979 XS650 Special II, mainly to rebuild the carburetors.

What is the best order when I re-assemble everything? Air cleaner first or carbs first?

Carbs first. Then whatever is on back. Pods, stock boxes or one off air intake.
