One cylinder idle - weird

Ok, so I replaced the coil and it starts first kick, now the left side carb is spitting flames on throttle… I’ll start another thread. Thanks!!

what plugs are you using? Are the left and right plugs the same?
Have you cleaned them and checked gap?

You say it was idling on on cylinder but when you gave it throttle was it running on 2?

That ground wire you're holding in post #7 normally has the small eye attached to one of the condenser pack mounting screws .....

The large eye goes to the right front motor mount, trapped between it and the engine .....

Make sure your butterfly’s are synced. If you just stuck the carbs on they might not be…
