What is the bore on that and is that brass? How much for a rebuild and can you still get them through Honda dealers?

Bore is 16mm, made of aluminum. Rebuild kits are available at dealers and eBay for about $20.

id avoid dealer prices man. they are usually sky rocket compared to others. When i got my first xs (400) i went to order a new gas cap..178 bucks. what the hell!? And dont get me started on carb parts. id shop around those guys.
