The BBQ season is on us!

I like my wings with some Louisiana style hot sauce & Sweet Baby Ray's sweet vidalia onion sauce


Ya got a secret to some kickin' ASS wings to share

I likes mine deep fried to a crisp and Moores hot sauce and garlic salt and lots o celery salt and some other spices that I cant think of the names right now......but they be in the pantry ready to go. Im suddenly very Hungry........Kev.

Agreed on the deep fried, with a crunchy coating. I don't like slimey wings with only skin and a sauce.

Not deep frying with a batter but a flour & seasonings?

I've had those & like 'em okay

But, put 'em on the grill & BBQ some sauce into the meat


Had some with a dry rub & slow cooked ,then, cooled by smothering in hot sauce--awesome

What is Moores--brand?
The spices & flour sound good, I'll try that later in the year whenever I wanna' spend more time in the kitchen.

Belle.....Moore's is a hot sauce found iin our area.....not too hot...but I love the taste....and I add my own spices for my taste. Kev.

This guy's Honey-Chipotle and Wildfire BBQ sauces are awesome, especially the Wildfire, one of my favorites.
