Feedback for chief01

I purchased a chain tensioner from chief01. The item was shown as one piece in the photograph but was dissembled when mailed w/o my knowledge or permission. The item was mailed using a USPS box, however the box wasn't taped shut nor was packaging used. Needless to say, when the package arrived, the box was damaged and parts were missing due to the box being improperly sealed.

I have contacted chief01, but he will not accept any responsibility for loss nor refund my money.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY BUSINESS DEALING WITH HIM PLEASE BE WARNED.

UPDATE he just made good helped me out with the situation my recommendation has changed he seems trustworthy and has paid as promised. thank you
