in doing some spring cleaning I came across a title for a Kawasaki en450 . I parted the bike out years ago and thought I lost this title for ever. but just found it. the frame was cut up and scrapped but I have the clear pa title. maybe someone on here can use it for a build or something. make an offer

Im pretty sure it's illegal to register a vehicle with a scrapped vin on a new build. I'd double check about that if I were you. Better safe than sorry.
