On the two standard tanks,not the early one, are the missing the rear mount?

the blue tank has had the rear mount cut off but i have a damaged tank that the rear mount is in good shape so it could be transfered. the other tank never had a rear mount it has a bracket in the tunnel. Im not sure of the year or any thing on any of the tanks
