A couple nights ago on our evening walk we discovered some coyote pups living in a drainage pipe. We take our dog for a walk at dusk everyday, we saw what we thought was a rabbit under a bush, but when we could see it better it was a very young coyote. It walked back to the opening of the drainage pipe , where we saw two more peering out the opening. We didn’t have our phones with us that night, but tonight we were prepared. We only saw the one tonight, but I think he’s the adventurous one.

Been many years since I saw one around here that was at the quarry down the road where I worked. Now my boss seemed to attract them many time he mentioned while checking out thing around the plant he would see one coming his way and he would jump back in his truck.

Like I said never saw one near the house but every so often hear them at night. Best story about them was the time I had our black greyhound, Stretch, out in the pen for his potty run before bed. The coyotes started their song and sounded like they were just up in the words behind the back yard. Well Stretch apparently did not care for that noise and he told them so, one big WOOF, it worked because it got very quiet very fast!

The crazy greyhound we have now, Chad, if he's out there and they are singing he just runs toward the back of the pen and stares all excited like he wants to go play with them!

We have a little ten pound chihuahua,

When she is inside and sees one in our backyard she absolutely blows a gasket! But when we are out walking, we have sometimes bumped into them face to face and she doesn’t make a peep. We usually pick her up, the coyotes are not aggressive at all, even when there are two or more they always turn and run away. Surprising a couple of our neighborhood javelinas would make me a lot more nervous, we’ve seen them too when we’re out walking.

My girlfriends dog. He has Chihuahua in him. Likes to bark and not to bright. He's 20 some pounds. Every now and then he decides to f@ck with Moms cat. Cat outweighs him. Cat will put him on his back and pin him. I keep telling him bug eyed dogs shouldn't f@ck with cats. It is funny to watch them wrestle. When Mom couldn't live alone anymore I got the most important job in the world to her. I'm the keeper of her cat (Kitty).

Pic I took to Mom of Kitty for Mothers day. She's in the hospital with Covid-19.

Yikes! That cat is bigger than the dog? I wouldn’t mess around with it either!
Hows your mom holding up?
