Custom sissy bar/back rest pad thoughts

So I made this up last year for my wife

My original thought was a pad more like this

But I had the skinny pad sitting around (took it off my kids go kart) Anyone done something similar? What pad do you like? Maybe other suggestions? Pictures help...

Search Ebay for "Sissy Bar Pads". There are many for sale, all sorts of designs and cheap from China also. You may be able to find one that blends in well with your seat design/pattern.
