Dimensions headpipe torque inserts

Hi, XS-friends!

I got a set of stainless steel 1,75 " headpipes for my next project. I heard that a set of torque inserts can increase the torque at low revs a lot.
I am looking for a drawing with the dimensions of those inserts. Can anyone help me?
