Your idea seems to be too good. I think till now you would have completed the work.

nice product. Bolt her down somewhat further away from the wall and it'll also work as a backyard fire pit.
Gotta love the green rug of Ireland, too.

Been there, done that. I bolted the wheel to my garage table. Works great and does not move around.

This is the best instruction video I've found. However, protecting the rim somehow would be good idea.
