Wanted to thank you guys for taking the time to help. I used the front hub measurements gggary posted to have these made. They work perfectly. If you want to check out a cool site, have a look at sendcutsend.com

So, still just a mock-up. The spacers are a 1/4" thick and leave just enough shoulder to center the rotors. I am using the 320mm disk"s" from xs650 direct . Anyone who has bought them knows they come with 1/4" spacer to move the caliper in to the center. Moving the rotors out looks much beefier.
Haven’t followed the original thread, so asking may seem odd, is this needed when running dual disc ? Or is it all for running aftermarket brake system ?

Are they originally for another Yamaha, or made for the XS650? I can find EBC floating discs for XS650 but they are rather expensive, more than £400 a pair and out of stock. Would be very useful to know of other modern discs that fit, even if a bit of adaptation us required.
They fit . They came from xs650 Direct.com . There are two 1/4" brass spacers in the package to move the caliper in toured the center. The actual disk is 5mm thick and isn't dished out nearly as much approximately 1/4" less Than the factory rotors.

I believe the one I have cost $125.00 each. Semi-floating. I weight them when they arrived. I think they are 3.2 pounds lighter. Don't quote me on that, It's been 6 months or so. Memories not what it was.
