Drum to disc brake conversion on rear mag wheel

I'm thinking about converting from drum brake to disc brake on my '81 special with mag wheels.
What do I need to make this conversion?

I'm guessing: disc brake wheel, disc brake swing arm, brake caliper.
Anything else I need or must be aware of?

You will also need a master cylinder, and somewhere to put it as the drum brake frame has no mounts for this, the cam on the back of the brake pivot is also different as is where the brake light switch is mounted, it's an easier conversion the over way round, people are looking for the mag wheels with drum brakes as they are pretty rare.

Can you weld? A bracket for the MC will need to be added to the frame. Also, the brake pedal pivot shaft will need to be changed to the disc version.
