Little photo-update from parts I've been collecting.

Clip ons. Bought some rusty 12 Dollar clip ons, cut them , and welded on parts of the original handlebars.
On this pic you can see that the top tree-plate is closed. A friend welded the holes where the handlebar rubbers used to be.

Even when not installed on the bike, they look great haha.
Only problem is the "nozzles" in the bottom of the bowls, I can PULL them out very easy.
Maybe change them for threaded ones, and cut some thread in the bowls ?
 
Most likely the new fuels have softened the bowls. New Bowls are built to handle the fuel changes... I had to buy new bowls for my vintage set of 34's and they have been good to go ever since... Let me know if you can't find any, I can get them locally...
