Whats up guys. I was wondering if you could help me identifying this engine I have been laying around for years on end now. Bought it a long time ago without any info on the engine because the guy sadly passed away. Finally got around to take the engine apart and see what we are dealing with and hopefully can build a new project around it.
- First thing I noticed on the outside is that clutch worm mechanism has been replaced and now is on the right side. Not sure if I'm happy with that. What could the reason be? Sidecar?
- Second thing is the bore size and the piston identification.
The piston id says: STD 4045PS XC. When I searched the internet I came across some Wiseco XT500 pistons.
I measured the bore size which comes in around 87.00.
So what is this? 800cc+?!
Hopefully you guys can help me or get me in the right way.
