engine races

hi folks,im havin problems with my bs38 carbs,the bike idles for a while then the engine starts to race,ive set the tick over on both carbs and air screws but as i said the engine races any ideas what could be causing this cheers chazz

Check your Auto advance unit to make sure the weights spring back.

It could be air leakage around the carbs manifold area.
