Engine stand

So my bike is all dismantled and I need to start tearing into the engine. Need an engine stand. I find this post:

and download the plans. A quick trip to the Recycle store for an old Bed frame for the angle iron, a day or two later with my El-cheapo Harbor Freight DC tig machine and Wam-Bam a stand. Don't look too close at my crappy welding!

Its adequate, scratch start so that's kind of a pain, the power adjuster isn't real accurate and only DC. I would really like a $1500 machine but I can't justify it with as little welding as I do (having a daughter in college ain't helping). So the little HF machine does the job.
