Hi,I use my Xs650 on the racetrack only.I have the Mike xs exhaust system with the dual header pipes below the clutch cover. The Lower pipe scrapes on the pavement all the times.I fitted stiffer fork springs and cranked up the rear shock preload(gas shocks).Much better but still not quite good.I guess I am stuck with that silly header design unless I find something better.Any idea if the Mac exhaust gives more ground clearance?.Thanks

have gordonscott make you up a set that runs down the middle, under the bike.

To answer your question, Tz, no--the Mac grounds even in moderately frisky street riding no matter how you tweak the suspension, and is unsuitable for track use if you need to turn right. The same goes for Kerker if you can find an old one, ditto Bub.
