I need a little help with finding ideas for a fake oil tank or something to hold some electrical parts on my hardtail.
I have a TCI and would like to hide some things....BUT, I do not want to weld this part on. I have already painted and finished my bike, so I'm looking for a small, bolt-on option.
I was going to run the small amount of wires I have cleanly (I still might), but am considering other options.
Thanks all.

I'm going to cut down an old fire extinguisher and put my key in the top. It's about 4 1/2 diameter

You could weld tabs to the sides and bolt it where the rear motor mount is

I sell welding supplies and made a fake nitrous tank out of an aluminum 5 pound CO2 tank. tight fight but went under the stock battery location. Used a NOS sticker and just drilled the valve and ran them through SS line.

Here's my setup I made for $46. Bolts to the rear engine mount, but I haven't added my brackets yet since I still need to fit my chain and rear fender.
