I pulled my rotor to install pma losing my timing mark. While doing that I also pulled my cam to replace the cam chain guide. My question is when I put my cam and cam chain back do I need to worry about being off 180 degrees?

The cam being "off" 180 degrees to the crank will be just fine. It runs 50% slower than the crank, so you are good to go. You can reinstall your stock stator and alternator, roll the crank to TDC, and make marks on the clutch side of the engine. I mark the crank gear and make a corresponding mark on the cases with some paint. Super simple, and then you can remove the stock alternator, make NEW marks on the alternator and cover and you are good to go...
