Frame advice??

Hi guys.
Newbie here. I'm needing some advice. Here the short version
I got 2 xs650 both stock
Striped one down to frame
Bought a frame w a tc bros hardtail kit already welded on
Mocked up engine. Wheels and front end
Here's it prob. I have so many small welds needed to continue this project and w no welder I'm stuck because the hard tail frame I got was a diff year and was striped of and tabs.
So I'm thinking of having my stock frame hard tailed
Cost of having some weld a million tabs vs cost of welding new hard tail on correct frame for engine ?????

There is going to be welding involved either way. Trying to do a build with no welding skills is a huge obstacle if you dont have deep pockets.
