Hey, folks!
Got a question... I'm in the process of fitting the engine back into the frame. I went with the approach of doing it with frame in the upright ( I know some do it with the engine and frame on the side). Got it in with a bit of a wiggle. The lower centre bolt went in without an issue. Got the front mount and lower rear bolt in with some tilting. BUT the top rear just would not fit... It almost looks as the engine is tilted to the back so the holes are mismatched by about 3cm.... as a result, the head mount would not align... Bizarre... The current engine was removed from the same frame so SHOULD fit...but just wouldn't ... Any suggestions or maybe there is a certain order how you fit the bolts....
Hope someone can help...
Regards

What year, model, there were a couple of different mounts used. Do you have the rear mounts in the correct orientation? remove rear mounts, install front, top, then try rear. Has the frame been cut, welded?
