I ordered some pods from MMM yesterday and as we chatted a bit, the topic of engine case failures on modified motors came up. He mentioned that Yamaha had messed with the harmonics of the frame to quell motor vibrations. That's the first I'd heard of that. Does any one know if that was just for factory racers or did the production frames benefit too?
