Frame rub?

I was looking for some ideas to stop the frame rub that i'm getting from my rear brake linkage. I am using the TC bros pivot point and the stock brake arm and linkage. The linkage rubs about 3 inches from my rear wheel mounting point.

On the arm coming up from the brake pivot, bend it over a bit so the rod clears the frame.

the actual brake lever for the rear tire is inline with the frame everything else looks good cant seem to find some one who is selling a straighter lever
