With consideration to the ding, do you think the tank could pass for decent shape if stripped bare?
I'm looking to do a bare tank with some stripping and clear coat.

Hey, checked the tank out, it would not be the candidate for that .. It does have a few small dings in it. The idea of clear on the raw tank is sweet. Friend of mine did a few bikes with candy paint over raw, it turned out beautiful.
