Front brake M/C question

Do you need the inline brake manifold for the front brake on a single piston, single disc brake? Or, can a just put the master cylinder on and run a line directly to the caliper?

No manifold needed. A single line will be fine.

Most of us switch to a single line, eliminating the junction block. It gives better feel and there are less possible leak points. I fabbed up a guide strap for the new line and mounted it in place of the junction block .....
