Front wheel spacing question

I measured from the inside of the rotor face to the inside of the LH fork leg as 5" that measurement should point to either wheel or fork as the issue.

i measusred the same thing tonight. i have the same 5'' from inside of rotor to inside of fork. pretty sure i have the wrong front wheel.
