Fuel leak from plastic crossover nipple on Solex Mikuni

How do you like to fix the leaks on the plastic nipples used for a crossover and connecting the two carburators? Solex Mikuni 38mm

I just pinched um really hard with those pliers and the little 90degree nipple finished crackin and busted on off the brass fitting so NOW I gotta a straight shot into each carburetor and no more plastic crap. They were cracked..
