Gas Cap Fix?

Anyone have a fix for a rattling lock cylinder in the gas cap? This is really, really, driving me nuts. Seems like the chrome cap is the culprit. I can tap on it and feel that it is loose. I find myself riding one handed a lot of the time so I can hold the cap from jingling.

a new cap? Idk, never heard that one before. maybe open it up and trying tightening it down some if you haven't already.
