Gas tank for a monstercraftsman brat

What kind of tank are people putting on their brats and does anyone know if a stock tank will work its a 74 tx650

I think the stock tank is actually an unexpectedly appealing shape on a custom, but the width makes the motor look smaller, and the length doesn't always play nice with back-half frame mods. You'd certainly have to make up a new rear tank mount.

Just would like to have a tank that fits over the coil packs and holds more than 2gallons of gas

Anybody chop and change their stock xs tank to change up the look/stance on the frame? IE: deeper tunnel, chop and narrow the tank etc?? Id love to see some examples and could be helpful to give thread owner some ideas..
I personally think theres some real potential with these..

How much did you take out

1-3/4" off the bottom and the sides are just folded over top of each other in the pictures
