Good intake manifold gasket?

Cleaned up the BS38's on my 79,put on pod filters and put on JBM manifold boots this past week put everything back together with one size up main's and pilots. The bike starts great but then will start to idle at about 3000. I did spray starter fluid around the intake manifold and it seemed to increase idle. Does this sound like a bad seal at the manifolds? Where is a good place to get the thick manifold gaskets?
