They look good, I wouldn't think they would be too awful expensive or difficult to actually make, just the set up time and materials huh? How long's it take you to run one? Are you just using a regular old lathe? I should actually take some measurments and see if I could turn some at my old machine shop, could probably pop out about 20 an hour on the cnc..
 
Yeah, I actually have an older South Bend at the shop, but these would be CNC cut easily enough... I do all my own CAD and 3D Drawings, so that cuts down on costs as well...
