Headway on the VI 75 bobber

Engine in. Carbs rebuilt. Front brake caliper rebuilt and made a new line. Exhaust built, inserted three sheet metal “baffles” 3 inches apart, we’ll see how the carbs like it. Fender mounted .struts and back light mount built. New back brakes, Gerry rigged the brake switch and spring. In search of something neater. Hughes CDI system installed, good spark . Electrics box built and mounted under seat pan. Forward controls mounted up. New cables, now starts the never ending routing problems. Looks or function lol. Finished up the seat in the saddle shop last night. Brown cowbelly leather upper and oil tan black lower. Turned out ok for first go. Sealed the the tank with Kreem kit, seems like good stuff.
